Returning Merchandise
Returns are accepted with our authorization via a RMA#. In order to process a return, a phone call has to be made to our office or send us an email to Tat7461568@gmail.com the email must contain the following:
Order Number #
Part # (Description)
Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem)
The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, non-deliverable orders, or merchandise returned due to customer's error, are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Non-Returnable
These parts include: Rebuild Manuals, DVD's, Mini Discs, High Performance Kits (including Master Rebuild Kits), Hard Parts (including Billet, Refurbished, and Used).
Refunds/Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded in full for the amount of the merchandice item less shipping and handling to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
